The Harford Leadership Academy, co-sponsored by Harford Community College and the Harford County Chamber of Commerce, is a premier leadership development program designed to cultivate informed, engaged, and effective leaders throughout Harford County. Through immersive experiences, educational sessions, and networking opportunities, participants gain a deeper understanding of the issues, organizations, and industries that shape our community while developing the skills and relationships needed to make a lasting impact.
