Service & Operations Associate
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Entry-Level Service & Operations Associate to support our advisors and clients. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in financial services and learning how a professional financial planning and wealth management firm operates behind the scenes. You will play a key role in client service, account administration, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Assist with new account setup, transfers, and maintenance paperwork
Support client service requests (address changes, beneficiary updates, distributions, etc.)
Prepare and process documents with custodians and internal systems
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Help schedule client meetings and prepare meeting materials
Support compliance and operational workflows as needed
Communicate professionally with clients, custodians, and team members
Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems (CRM, custodial platforms, Microsoft Office)
Professional, dependable, and client-focused mindset
Prior office, customer service, or financial services experience is a plus, but not required
