The Kelly Group congratulates Zachary Smith, CFP®, on earning his designation as a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant℠ (ChFEBC℠) professional! Zach joins two other team members—Rick Fletcher and Charlie Wolpoff—as ChFEBC℠ professionals.

The ChFEBC℠ designation indicates that a financial professional has met specific experience and education requirements and has passed a comprehensive examination demonstrating knowledge of federal government benefits programs. This includes extensive familiarity with the Federal Employees Retirement System, Civil Service Retirement System, Thrift Savings Plan, Federal Employees Health Benefits, and Federal Employees’ Group Life Insurance.

To maintain the designation, ChFEBC℠ professionals must also complete continuing education to keep their certification current.
