Welcoming Summer Intern, Dylan Martinez, to The Kelly Group!

Please join The Kelly Group in welcoming the second of our 2025 summer interns, Dylan Martinez. Dylan began his internship on July 14 and will be with us through August 15, before returning to Virginia Tech to complete his senior year. He is scheduled to graduate in December as a Financial Planning/Wealth Management major.

The Kelly Group’s internship program reflects our commitment to cultivating future professionals in financial planning and wealth management, while providing meaningful learning opportunities for students who are eager to grow and contribute.

Dylan says he chose to be a financial planner after seeing family members coping with financial challenges during his childhood. “Witnessing other people’s financial ups and downs has motivated me to want to help bring a sense of security to peoples’ lives,” Dylan tells us. “I hope my internship will help provide me with insight on how I can best accomplish that. The Kelly Group has given me a unique opportunity this summer to get some exposure to the financial planning industry, and to be able to pick the brains of my amazing coworkers.”

During his internship, Dylan is commuting from his home in Northern Virginia. It is fitting that he spends plenty of time on the road, as one of his greatest passions is cars. He is also an avid golfer.
