The Kelly Group Attends the Salisbury University Financial Planning Career Day

It was a full-circle moment for Associate Advisor Jacob Adkins, CFP®, and Financial Planning Associate Quinn Sutker as they returned to their alma mater to attend the second annual Salisbury University Financial Planning Career Day. For Quinn, returning as an alumnus after once participating as a student made the experience especially meaningful—an opportunity to give back and help inspire the next generation of financial planners.

Jacob shared his deep gratitude for being invited to speak and connect with some of the brightest students preparing for careers in financial planning. Both Jacob and Quinn noted how impressive it has been to witness the continued growth of Salisbury University’s Financial Planning Program, as it cultivates talent and passion within the future of the profession.

The students showed great enthusiasm, asking thoughtful questions that sparked conversations about real-world financial planning, the evolving role of technology and AI, and strategies for success after graduation.
