On May 20th, The Kelly Group was proud to sponsor the 2026 Harford County Good Scout Award Dinner held at Harford Community College’s brand-new Chesapeake Welcome Center in recognition of this year’s honoree, Tamera Rush, President & CEO of TENAX Technologies.

Representing the firm at the event were Rick Fletcher, CFP®, ChFEBC℠, and his wife, Vanessa. They joined community leaders, local organizations, and supporters to celebrate the values at the heart of the Good Scout Award.

The Good Scout Award recognizes individuals who exemplify the ideals of Scouting through leadership, integrity, service, and dedication to their communities. Recipients are honored not only for their professional accomplishments but for the lasting impact they make through mentorship, character, and commitment to helping others.
